Select Staging Concepts was commissioned recently to design, manufacture and install a custom shaped, angled Stage solution for MAZDA Mulgrave’s spacious new showroom and conference facility.
The unique portable Stage system design highlights the MAZDA auditorium’s unique wall configurations. The angled rear wall creates a multi-use backdrop to the customised Stage Podiums’ curved & angled design – a creative functional performance area exactly fitted to the curve of the rear wall.
The 400mm high QUATTRO Stage includes three recessed Access Hatches allowing access to the floor boxes housing the electronic componentry installed to service the corporate lecterns. An elegant Valance Curtain system hides all sub Stage infrastructure.
MAZDA’s design brief requested the Stage visually blend with the auditorium’s custom carpet flooring. We sourced a matching custom marine grade carpet for each Stage Podium and Modular Stair unit to create a visually elegant meeting, conference, and corporate performance area.
